Organization: Indian Freight Forwarding Organization

Reporting: Branch Manager

Job Description:

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

 

• 5-7 years of experience in Sales Support.

• Able to support the sales team to fix the sales calls, generate the quotations, and send them to the customers promptly.

• Very well aware of the current various services of Shipping Lines and Airlines.

• Able to work hand in hand with operations for smooth execution of the shipment.

• Able to communicate with overseas offices/agents promptly as per requirement/situation.

• Able to build a strong relationship with customers, carriers, and vendors per requirements.

• Team Player.

Qualification:

Any Graduate

Additional Qualification:

Industry Specific Qualification (If Any)

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Proven work experience in Sales Support Management.

• Ability to define, develop and document business processes and procedures

• Strong presentation skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Proven problem solving and interpersonal skills

• Excellent PC skills including word processing, presentation and spread sheet programs.
