Client Consultation

Analyzing and Understanding the Client/Company in terms of its Strength, Reach, Business & Growth Potential for employees.

 

Meeting/Consulting with the Hiring Manager to understand the requirement in detail, the turnaround time of the entire interview process and getting the particular Job description which has job specifications, qualifications, required skills, knowledge, experience for the job, CTC offered.

Identification of Candidate

Once we receive the JD, we study and analyze various criteria required for the job role, e.g.  Expectation from candidate, qualification, skills, knowledge, and experience.

 

Through our vast database, references, contacts, we search for suitable candidates, if required headhunting is also done thus ensuring identification of potential candidates.

Process Management

Interviews, Evaluations, And Shortlisting of the candidate:

Preliminary interview & assessment of the candidate is done by the senior consultant to meet the requirement as mentioned in the JD. The shortlisted candidate is briefed about the company/job profile and once we get the confirmation from the candidate his/her profile is shared with the client.

Coordination between Client & Candidate at various stages

After shortlisting of the profiles by client coordination of interview, be it telephonic round, video conferencing, personal meeting is coordinated by us till the final round and selection of the candidate thus ensuring managing of timelines & deadlines.

Reference Check

The reference check is done with the references provided by the candidate if required within the industry people.

Successful Closure

Upon the final selection of the candidate till the joining, we maintain contact with the client as well as the candidate to ensure a candidate’s successful joining in the organization.

In this entire process of recruitment strict confidentiality is maintained by us.
