The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
• To involve and ensure effective and smooth implementation of all newly launched accounts of the Key Account for western region.
• Supervising overall day to day operations related to the Key Account shipments to meet service levels and KPI’s.
• Manage Vendor and Carrier relationship for Key Account business as per Organization internal structure and submit monthly report to Corporate Office for strategic alignment.
• Conducting weekly review meeting with your respective operations team for service quality assessment and improvements.
• Participating in all weekly, fortnightly, monthly reviews calls with Key Account Partner Support Team.
• To ensure all tasks are completed within the prescribed timelines as per SOP.
• Managing all statistical and analytical reports as per Key Account requirements.
• Managing Vendor Training on the App on behalf of Key Account
• Work very closely with National Key Account Manager and be a part of Corporate Team.
Qualification:
Any Graduate.
