The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
• Handling Payroll and clarify the issue of employees related to salary
• Observing In and Out time of all employees and intimate the HOD’s accordingly
• Handling statutory Compliance for all India offices
• Ensure to Generate and payment of all statutory challans on or before due dates
• Ensure to for all statutory returns on or before due dates
• Co-ordinate and support to all employees for their statutory compliance related issues
• Ensure Compliance with employment and related legislations and liaise with government authorities in case of any issues / notices / complaints / or any information required by them.
• Preparing and maintaining various MIS report and forward to the concern Corporate office, Management and concern department
• Handling all HR related activities from recruitment to full & final settlement of separated employees, including preparing all letter such as offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, etc.
• Supervise a wide range of administration duties including to general office administration, Office maintenance, Renovation etc.
• Involving in admin project, conduct policy & Process review and re-engineering to furfure enhance service quality, work efficiency and ensure compliance with employment and related legislation. Undertake ad – hoc project as assigned.
• Involving in Developed strategies related as assigned.
• Ensure that all company events is done as per company standard and as per budgeted amount.
• Co-coordinate with regional finance team and auditor in audit time and provided required documents.
• Improving employment engagement activities.
• Liaise with employees and insurance company in case of staff’s mediclaim settlement.
• Renewal of all HR & Administrative vendors AMC on or before its expiring date with maintain cost saving concept.
