As IT Technical Support Specialist, candidate will play an integral part to deliver IT Support for India with the duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assists with installation, configuration, management, and support of all network communications systems following the IT requirements.

• Install, monitor, and maintain all the passive & active structured LAN infrastructure components by following IT Controls, Policies, and Standards.

• Monitor, and maintain best security & operational practices in all network devices, passive components & software tools (Wireless Controller, Access Points, Access Switches, CISCO ISE, CISCO DNA Center).

• Monitor, and maintain business-required network segmentation, controls & security between different functions, areas, devices, and locations.

• Regularly Patch and upgrade network connectivity devices and software tools.

• Examine network performance, capacity, and security and propose changes to ensure the smooth and proper functioning of the network system.

• Configuring and managing servers of different operating systems, such as Windows, macOS, or Linux, including installing, fixing issues, and upgrading while implementing enhancements to them to improve performance and reliability.

• Support technologies, such as Active Directory, virtualization software Vmware, and Veeam, and oversee and resolve problems of the server, network devices, and storage.

• Maintain real-time software, hardware, and license inventory along with technical details and network drawings.

• Follow the IT policies, IT support & Change management process, and tools.

• Coordinate with internal functions, External vendors & OEMs for end-to-end requirement collection and troubleshooting call resolutions.

• Act as a backup for IT teams whenever required & take another responsibility as the opportunity comes.

• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

• Take appropriate action if violation of IT Compliance are found.

Support IT project specialist for handling purchase requests though Organisation order system.

• Consults with other IT professionals to evaluate and continually improve IT processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information technology , Business, or related field or equivalent experience.

Professional Certifications:

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)  Routing and Switching

• Efficient with network authentication and authorization tools, Wireshark, PRTG packet sniffing tools

• Microsoft Certificate System Administrator (MCSA)

• Five (5) years of technical support experience with at least 4 years of equivalent experience in similar corporate environment

• Excellent customer service skills.
