• Implements, administers, interprets and communicates human resource policies and programs at Organization in India to ensure maximum efficiency, cost effectiveness, and adherence to overall company philosophy, policy, and procedures.
• Assist in the development of HR Systems, and strategic initiatives for rollout in country
• Plan, Attract, Recruit, and maintain a talented workforce fitting regional organization strategy
• Assist in the planning and management of compensation and Benefits
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
• Assist HR Manager in employee relations issues and HR policies and procedures.
• Assists recruitment process; conducts new hire orientations, maintain appropriate employment records; ensures that job postings, and all transfer and promotion activity is in compliance with established company policy
• Be part of team in writing job descriptions; manage the performance appraisal and salary review processes to ensure fair and equitable appraisals and compensation levels for employees; ensures compensation and benefits programs are administered in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in investigation of internal and external complaints, and employee relations issues within, outside assigned region; conducts exit interviews, and provides trends and analyses reports to management.
• Implementation of training programs, and evaluates the effectiveness of the programs; ensures that all legally required training is conducted.
• Implementation of IDP and report its effectiveness and progress with the team.
• Administration of personnel paperwork (e.g. promotions, new hires, terminations, salary changes, and benefits).
• Prepares statistical reports of trends and data necessary for management information. Reports the status of personnel programs, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in employee surveys, communicates results to supervisors and managers, and assists in the resolution of identified problem areas.
• Assist with country portion of Global HR projects/initiatives
• Experienced in Industrial Relations, Disciplinary Inquiries, PIP, Compliance, and Contract Staffing.
• Ensure compliance at all warehouse locations and offices.
• Provide business-support suggestions while maintaining full compliance with regulations.
• Conduct disciplinary inquiries in alignment with labor laws and recommend corrective actions.
• Source reputable agencies for warehouse contract staffing across India.
• Share audit analyses of contractors involved in contract staffing and ensure their compliance.
• Manage the filing and renewal of licenses and returns in a timely manner.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Industrial Relations.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Graduate in any discipline
Post-graduation in Human Resource
• Around 5+ years’ experience in Human Resource.
