Job Purpose:
• This position is crucial for ensuring that HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• The HR is responsible for a variety of tasks, including overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee life cycle and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• The primary purpose of this role is to assist in the development and execution of HR strategies that align with the organization's goals.
Job Description:
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
• Recruitment and Onboarding: Overseeing the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
• HR Administration: Managing HR records, payroll and benefits administration
• Performance Management: Implementing the performance appraisal process, providing feedback, and supporting employee growth and development.
• Training and Development: Identifying training needs, organizing training sessions, and supporting employee development programs.

Qualifications
• MBA
• Specialized knowledge- HR Domain

• Abilities-should have attention to details and have leadership skills
• Other characteristics such as personal characteristics- Should have ethical judgment
• Experience- 7 to 10 years
